Unwind with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly built, with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a relaxing time up in the mountains with the privacy of this fully fenced lot. This home is perfect for multi family stays. Prime time hunting units in the area. The private lakes are beautiful for walking around, unfortunately guests of the air BNB are not allowed to fish or swim in the private lakes, due to insurance and liability issues for the land owners association. The space This is a newly built cabin with 3 spacious bedrooms. This cabin has an open design with vaulted ceilings throughout. Bathrooms and kitchen have beautiful quartzite countertops sitting on top of rustic maple cabinets with soft close doors and drawers. The live edge window sills, benches, and any live edge throughout the house all came from the lot the house sits on. Refrigerated air and furnace allow for ease of climate control between heat and cool with the push of a button. On Demand Hot water heater provides plenty of hot water for the whole group. This property is fully fenced which provides plenty of security and privacy. Plenty of large pine and spruce trees adds to the feel of being secluded up in the mountains. Guest access The whole cabin will be available for use of the guests There is a closet in the primary bedroom that will be locked so guests will not have access to this storage closet. There are a few other buildings on the lot that aren’t accessible to the guests. The private ponds in the subdivision are not available for guest access. Other things to note During the winter, spring, summer, and fall there could be dangerous driving conditions so please watch the weather and have a vehicle with four wheel or all wheel drive when weather is bad. The bear paw hideaway is located in the north end of hunting Unit 6A but it is also close to unit 5b and 5a. El Vado lake and Abiquiu lake are with in 45 -60 minute drive depending on weather conditions. The Continental Divide trail is along NM 96 which is in close vicinity to the cabin.
