Guest access The space is best suited for families or small groups, and can accommodate up to 6 with the living room fold-out. Guests have full access to the entire unit with full privacy. The space is pet-friendly. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, we require additional cleaning once a month, especially if you are traveling with pets. It will be a reduced price from the full cleaning fee. Check-in starts at 3PM and with your private unique entry code, you don't have to worry about time restrictions. Rates are seasonal. Other things to note About the desert: as the saying goes, just assume everything in the desert is pointy & sharp, and don't put your feet and hands where you can't see them. Flip-flops and sandals might be ok in downtown Tucson but not in the desert or mountains. There is a 30-40 degree spread in temperature year-round. Sometimes that means it's 34-70, sometimes that means 80-110. Packing layers is the way to go. And a sunhat! There is a grill and outdoor dining area! Other things to note about the property: this home shares a wall with a neighboring property. It is one-third of a triplex, the residents of which also have access to the larger open backyard.
