The Nest at the FOrX

Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road. The space - 2nd floor (Stairs) not suitable for children 3 and under, close to road. If you have any questions, feel to contact the Host. - Newly remodeled. - 850 Square feet of living space. - Full kitchen with appliances and dinnerware. - Dining area high top table with stools overlooking the garden. - Comfy sofa and an oversize pull out chair doubles as an extra sleeping space. - First bedroom has a queen size bed / fan in room if needed. - 2nd bedroom has a double bed & a twin bed with pullout/ ceiling fan and fan in room as well - 1 bath/ Shower (no Bathtub) - Private deck with access to 1st floor patio/yard. - Deck overlooks all the action that takes place during the live entertainment at: TheFOrXSummerStage - Concerts are (SATURDAYS ONLY) June thru Oct. - Note concert nights can be loud. Concerts are over by 11 P.M (some earlier) Check out website for more info. - Be advised Pets: 2 cats (will run and hide). Inside little dog 15 years old only goes outside with Host. Animals not allowed in unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the private deck & bottom floor patio. Surrounding yard consists of lawn chairs, gardens with bird feeders and artsy decor throughout. Relax with nature in this quaint nesting area. Lawn chairs will be provided to sit and take in the beautiful sunsets. Other things to note Jacalyn is the owner of this Nest above her personal home. Enjoy her knack and uniqueness throughout. She will interact minimally to give you the privacy of your stay. A phone call away makes it easy for her to answer questions or any concerns that may arise. Note: air conditioner is located in main living area of nest. Ceiling fan and regular fan are in one bedroom. Regular fan in the other bedroom. Located next door to THE SOUTHERN TIERS NEWEST CONCERT VENUE-The Forx Summer Stage. Concerts are Saturdays only June thru Oct.
