Our fax #866-405-2931 Other things to note Rules/Policies When Occupying This Airbnb Living in an RV or travel trailer of any sort can be a fun experience as long as you realize there are some limitations you need to be aware of. Upon booking our cute travel trailer, our Guest Acknowledges, Understands and Accepts the following Rules/Policies to maintain the integrity of the travel trailer’s structure & comfort. 1) Collection Of Waste Water Is Deposited Into 2 Different Tanks Located On the Underside of the RV That Will Be Emptied Every 4-5 Days By Owner, at no additional cost to Guest. As Such, Both Tanks Will Be Emptied Into the City Sewer System By the Host as needed (typically ever 4-5 days). Host will need a 5 minute access to the bathroom inside to refresh the toilet tank after emptying it. 2) When Using the Sinks, Bathtub and Shower, It Is Imperative To Not Allow Any Water To Splash Or Puddle On The Floors! Also, Please Do Not Place Wet Towels Or Leave Wet Items Laying On The Floor Or, Hang Clothing That Is Still Dripping Water. Water Can Quickly Seep Into The Floor’s Underlayment and Cause Costly Damage To the Floor Structure Quickly Rendering It Unuseable. Should water get onto floor, it must be completely cleaned up immediately. There are small water sensors placed on the floor, throughout the RV (at toilet and under sinks). Please Do Not Relocate these sensors! Should water puddle on floors at any time, repair of damaged floors will be at guest's full expense which can be as high as $10,000. The Water Sensors are very sensitive and if you hear a loud buzzing noise from one of them, clean up the water at that location, let Mary know about it immediately, and dry off the bottom of the sensor and place it back where it was after the floor area has had the water removed. There is a galvanized tub inside the closet to place wet or soiled linens ready to launder. Any guest booking lasting longer than 7 days, Host will exchange and replenish (at guest request) any soiled bed linens and towels once per week at no extra charge. 3) Refrigerator: This Refrigerator/freezer does not automatically defrost, so to prevent ice build up around the back coils, keep refrigerator door firmly closed and locked into place. If not properly locked in place, the ice that naturally accumulates on the back freezer coils will defrost and melt, causing the melting ice water to spill onto the floor and damage it. Responsibility of water damaging floors and their repair or replacement shall solely be at Guest expense. Cost to replace floor is currently around $10,000 (because everything has to be removed first). Repairing/replacing the damaged floor means that all floor kitchen cabinets, sofa, dining table and chairs, kitchen sink, oven and stove top, counters, and refrigerator and possibly bathtub, vanity and toilet, have to be removed before repairs can begin. 3) Pricing for our "Glamper": In order to keep the nightly rates within reasonable range, we ask that our Guest's not use the A/C (electricity) and water consumption excessively. 4) BEDS: To be an efficient use of interior space, a few amenities inside the cabin have been designed for more than one purpose. For instance, the couch can be turned into a bed for sleeping as can the dining table. The size of each bed is a little larger than the size of a twin bed. Two people could sleep on the couch bed but it might be a little cozy for personal comfort, but that depends on the Guest's preference. Prior to your arrival, we will make up the couch bed for Guest use. If a Guest needs a second bed, please let us know prior to your initial arrival, so that the dining table can be converted into a bed. 5) Lighting candles, smoking, vaping products are strictly Not Allowed in or outside of this travel trailer. 6) Pets are not allowed in this "Glamper" stationary travel trailer. 7) Privacy: The patio area is completely private for guest use. There is another Airbnb unit on the right corner side of the property and you may infrequently encounter Guests from the other Airbnb coming and going along the property’s main entry pathway to their residence located on the other side of this lot. 8) Parties are NOT allowed at this Airbnb. No more than 4 people are allowed inside or outside the Glamper property at one time. 9) Guest will notify owner immediately if any mechanical or water system does not work as expected. NOTE: The hot water system controller for our "Glamper" is located on the closet wall above the toilet area in the bathroom. This digital temperature gauge controls the temperature of the continuous hot water system and also the "On & Off" switch. This system is left "On" continuously 7/24. If you enjoy instant hot water, we recommend to keep the hot water gauge on at all times. 10) From time to time during the day, you may hear planes flyover on their way to John Wayne Airport. Generally no jet flyovers occur after 10pm at night except under special circumstances. Other noises you may hear during the day are gardeners mowing neighboring lawns, wild and exotic birds chatting between themselves and neighboring dogs barking infrequently. You may also hear Disneyland's fireworks between 5pm -9ish pm. 11) We do have occasional and infrequent wild animal visitors in our yard such as opossums, rabbits, raccoons, skunks, and other critters. Please do not try to befriend or feed them. 12) The backyard waterfall, creek and pond can fill up with rain water. In order to avert mosquitoes, the Host does treat the water catchment to keep the mosquitos from breeding. This treatment will not hurt animals drinking from these areas. Like any outside area, a Guest may see other insect wildlife from time to time. It is recommended that the entry door or the screen door be in a closed position during guest stays, as a barrier to keep out curious critters and insects. 13) Please do NOT leave any food stuffs or garbage outside as it will attract insects, rats and other wild animals that will become a continuous problem thereafter. You can dispose of all garbage into the large bins located at the back of the front house just off the pathway. 14. For guests staying for longer than a week, host will provide fresh bathing and bed linens on a weekly basis, if guest requests.
