Our listing has a private entrance from the backyard and the front door. We have a view of Mt. Rainier from our driveway on clear sky days, and a garden in the front yard and the backyard. Our listing includes a living room, a full kitchen, dining, 3 bedrooms with closets, a bathroom, and laundry with a free washer/ dryer and laundry supplies. Also, we provide cleaning supplies to ensure a neat space throughout your visit. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a warm, homey, and inviting atmosphere. The tastefully decorated interior is adorned with beautiful rugs, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Relax on the comfortable leather sofas, ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring the area. There is a large coffee table and a 65” smart TV with Netflix access, providing a cozy spot for relaxation or catching up on your favorite shows. The suite is equipped with a portable fan and electrical heater if needed. Also, the room is equipped with sunblock curtains. • Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and night stands, touch control & dimmable bed light await you for a restful night's sleep, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The third bedroom includes a comfortable full bed with an extra twin pull-out bed with soft mattresses. All bedrooms have sunblock-out curtains. • Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, where you can unleash your culinary skills and prepare delicious meals. It features modern appliances, countertop space, Refrigerator and freezer, Sink, Microwave/hood, 4-burner electric range, oven, Keurig coffee maker (single pod or ground coffee), dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, dishes, all necessary cookware & utensils. Furthermore, we provide olive oil, salt, and pepper for cooking, a variety of favorite coffee lovers' K-Cup pods. A new dining table with 4 comfortable chairs and a long bench. • Bathroom: Bathtub, Toilet, Vanity, hair dryer, a bunch of bath and hand towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioners • Laundry area: The suite is equipped with laundry facilities, making it convenient for longer stays or those who prefer to travel light. (Washer, Dryer, and laundry supplies) Guest access Enter from the backyard and park your car in front of the right garage door from outside, as shown in the photos. Take the paved walkway on the right next to the street and enter the home through the main entrance. Guests will have access to the backyard garden.
