Master Bedroom: King size bed with master bathroom shower 2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed 3rd Bedroom: 2 twin size beds that can convert to a king-size bed. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, coffee makers, coffee, coffee pods, microwave, toaster, blender... Dining room: Modern dining room that sits 6 people Game room: New pool table, full size ping pong, foosbal table, skee ball, connect 4 and family board games, kids books and adult books. Pool: Pleny of seating to enjoy the backyard and the pool. Outdoor dining for 6 people Outdoor seating for 6 people Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Garage is private and not available for guest usage. Large driveway outside that can easily accommodate 6 cars. Please note that: • 🌥️ During cloudy or cold winter months, the water may not reach typical “heated pool” temperatures. • ❄️ This is not a gas or electric heating system, so water temperature depends on sunshine and season.
