The space The unit is part of a multiple complex.of units overlooking the Kooralbyn Golf course. This is a spacious modern recently redecorated, well maintained 2 levelled unit with 2 air conditioned large bedrooms ( 1 queen, 1 king bed) on the upper level. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with full sized baths with shower overhead Both bedrooms have views over the golf course to the bush beyond. Bedroom 1 has a small balcony with table and chairs to sit and ponder the beautiful tranquil bush setting. The air conditioned tiled downstairs area is open plan with majestic high ceilings . There’s a comfy 3 piece leather couch to sink into and relax and a brand new streamlined kitchen with all necessary ammenities . An Aldi coffee maker, rice cooker, sandwich maker, electric frypan are available. There’s plenty of wine glasses and serving platters. The kitchen bar bench has beautiful bushland views out over the lagoon. Wifi is included with a 65”LG Smart TV. There’s a large paved outdoor tropical garden courtyard with large market umbrella for shade. An easy to use bbq and a fire pit is also provided for sitting around at night sharing a wine under an amazing starry night . Early morning breakfast can be had at the outside breakfast bar while watching wildlife and golfers. A large expanse of a mown grassed area is directly in front of the unit and a great place for small children to play. The wildlife is abundant with wallabies, kangaroos, parrots, black swans and bird life. A great place to unwind and be at one with nature in this peaceful tranquil setting. Pack your books, music, games and enjoy taking time to renew your energies. A key safe door lock is located beside the front door and the code is provided just before arrival. Doors have floor locks for security reasons and just need to be unlocked to open the doors ( no key needed) Be mindful of stairs for elderly and small children Other things to note This unit is in the heart of The Scenic Rim which has been classed as one of the most popular destination to visit . Kooralbyn is just over an hours/half drive from Brisbane or Gold Coast. The Scenic Rim includes attractions in Beaudesert, Canungra, Wyaralong Dam, Mt Barney NatPark , various wineries and breweries. The local village has a SPAR supermarket stocking most requirements. There’s a doctors and chemist as well as petrol station. The local cafe “Billabong Village”, set in a beautiful garden setting is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. “Phlat Chat” cafe serves pizzas and burgers. The Resort is also open for lunch and dinner on weekends. The Tavern (The Pavillion) nearby has a well stocked bar offering lunches and dinner. A courtesy bus may be available if you call the Pavilion directly Rathdonney Hotel may also offer a courtesy bus on weekends if numbers are more than 6 ( call hotel at Rathdonney or Resort for confirmation) Putt putt and bare foot bowls are an option. Issues regarding safety include: Safety issues with lagoon re small children Stairs to upper level for tired legs. Entrance from car park to the doorway has a slightly sloping pathway.
