Architect's strawberry spot near the beach

Architect's tiny summer house close to the beach. Lovely studio with timeless and stylish atmosphere. Suitable for singles, couples or family with small children. Well-behaved cats and dogs are warmly welcome. Situated on Kattegattleden - a perfect stop if you bike along the westcoast! The space This is a small and cosy A-frame house. Only appr 45 squaremeters floor area with sloping poppel plywood clad ceiling, appr 25 sqm with standing height. There are two beds, one queen size (140 cm) and one single (90 cm). Since the ceiling is sloping the width of the beds might feel smaller. Baby cot is available. Sheets and towels are included. Sofa area (2 possible extra beds if you remove the back cushions). Lots of storage space in drawers. One cupboard for hanging clothes. Small but well equipped kitchen with induction stove and microwave oven. Spacious indoor eating area and several sitting options outdoors. Guest access There is an outdoor shower in the patio with heated water, and there is a "shower house" with three showers, toilet and sauna appr 100 m away. The house is equipped with a washing machine. 2 bikes (one ladie's, one men's) are for borrowing. Sun deck chairs and beach chairs, parasols, wooden trolley for the beach etc Other things to note Parking is free and is available on a assigned place app 100 m away. It's possible to drive up to the house for unloading. Bus 350 from Halmstad/Falkenberg stops app 200 m away. Halmstad airport is only appr 5 km away.
