The building is an old clothing department store, BYCKS. This 4th floor unit boasts exposed ceilings, brick walls, and hardwood flooring. This is a premiere space in Downtown Louisville that was renovated in 2008. New furniture, high end appliances, laundry in unit, gas cooking, large island overlooking the living room. This space is an entertainers dream or a great place to relax and check out all the sites from your private balcony. About 1 mile (or less) to many of the great downtown features including YUM Center, Soccer Stadium, NULU, and Waterfront Park. Just a few blocks to the Convention Center and a short uber/lyft to the Airport, Highlands, Crescent Hill, Old Louisville, or University of Louisville Campus. This property is professionally managed by the owners. You get private parking to come and go as you please without having to worry about metered or valet parking for an expense! 1 CAR Garage Parking (on-site) is a major BONUS with us! You don't have to worry about finding a safe place for your vehicle. Getting around without a car? That will be a breeze - uber/lyft/public transport, and even street scooters are in the area. We are next door to TWO major upscale hotels (Seelbach and Omni) so transport will not be an issue.
