The plot has 4,000 m2 distributed on 4 benches through which you can walk quietly or relax in the various resting points. The house has two floors with a total useful area of 134m2. The ground floor has a dining room, a kitchen-dining room, 1 sink with shower, and 1 pantry. There is 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room with two sofa beds and spectacular views. The two entrances to the home are more than 32 inches wide. In the fridge and pantry you will find what you need for the first dinner and breakfast, we just ask that the consumption be replenished.
