They are thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you have a big family or group, we’re your best rental option in the Thousand Islands area! Your rental is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak, canoe & bike rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) This 2-bedroom/1-bath upper story apartment is essentially a home away from home. It includes custom cabinetry, a breakfast counter with 2 stools, a dining table with seating for 6, laminate flooring and knotty pine walls throughout, a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV & cable service and an electric fireplace for comfort and ambiance. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, a large dresser and large closet for your belongings. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and storage armoire. The shaded waterview decks includes a dining table and 4 chairs plus 2 rocking chairs. Also included are heat/air conditioning, and wireless internet access. This comfortable apartment is open on a year round basis – with discounted monthly rentals available in the off season. It is best suited for 4 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Send us an inquiry if you are interested in a long term stay in this rental. During the off peak season we can offer attractive monthly rates up until mid-May. This rental is reached by a few steps to the entry deck, then an interior flight of stairs, and is not wheelchair accessible Our office is open daily and we are readily available in person, by phone or via text if you need us. Contactless self check-in is also available. Situated 5 minutes east of Cape Vincent, NY where you can visit Tibbetts Point Lighthouse while viewing the most beautiful river sunsets in New York State. You will likely be fortunate enough to gaze at a ship using the St. Lawrence Seaway. Come and enjoy this beautiful area where the lake and river meet – offering parks for recreation, fishing, wildlife viewing, picnics and relaxation. We are also just 10 minutes west of picturesque Clayton where you can enjoy the community pool and recreation center, coffee shops, art galleries, fine dining, unique stores, fitness center, boat tours, museums, kayak and boat rentals, eco-tours, tennis courts, golf courses and a large playground. Not to be overlooked is nearby Alexandria Bay – a quick 20 minute drive offering boat tours, two Castles on the River and much, much more. A car is needed - taxis are not readily available. This home is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, fireplace, central heat/air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
