Only 12 minutes from Sanford stadium, this spacious house has plenty of room to play, relax, and rest. We are close to 316, Epps Bridge shopping, and the darling town of Watkinsville. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining for 16, 70" TV, WiFi, deck for grilling and dining, tailgating canvas, and a newly added screened-in porch. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe and you can enjoy our neighborhood park with its playground, sport court, picnic area, and path around the pond. The space The house was recently renovated in 2019 and boasts a fresh look which combines cozy minimalism with traditional Southern and coastal styles. Guest access The main level and upstairs of our home are yours to enjoy. The only portion of the house that is off-limits is the finished basement apartment. During your stay, the doors leading to the basement will be locked from both sides. You shouldn't hear a peep from the basement, and they use a separate entrance. Other things to note Please note that this is the owner's personal residence, not an investment property. You will find our photographs and other personal possessions in the house. Please bear that in mind prior to renting. We have a tenant who lives in the basement, however the tenant is unable to access the upstairs, nor will our Airbnb guests be able to access the basement. Three of the four bedrooms upstairs sleep two. The bedroom directly above the garage contains two twin beds and a pull-out sofa which sleeps one. Downstairs we also have a comfy pull-out sofa and large inflatable mattress that sleep another four total. There is also a Pack ‘N Play (in the master bedroom closet) for little ones.
