This 1,400+ sqft coastal retreat is located in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community, newly built in 2021, is located in the heart of Old Town Port A, walkable to the best eateries, shopping, and nightlife the island has to offer. Enjoy access to a sparkling community pool, and the beach just a 5-minute drive away! As you arrive at your getaway, the front porch welcomes you to relax and feel the island sea breeze. Enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couch and seating. The open concept floor plan also features a spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen with an island. This area is perfect for entertaining, enjoying meals together, and planning your beach day ahead! The main floor also has a half bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Head upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for families and little ones.
