There’s an adjustable-height desk and office chair in the larger bedroom to make remote work more comfortable. You’re free to use the patio and backyard. There are off-street, paved parking spots with EV charging available, though you will need to bring your own charging cord. Other things to note We are in a quiet residential neighborhood.
