The space This 2-bedroom condo comes fully equip with cooking utensils including pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, and even coffee for your coffee maker (single serving sets). However, condiments such as salt/pepper/cooking oil/cooking spray should be brought with you a anything perishable, we do not provide. We do also provide trash bags, paper towel, dish soap (for dishwasher and liquid soap) and some additional kitchen items like oven mitts and dish rags. Guest access Chula Vista Resort Waterparks is INCLUDED! Please make sure your guest count is correct, you cannot add guests at Check In. We also have an onsite Gym/Fitness Center, onsite 18-hole Golf Course (additional cost), mini-golf course (additional costs), Zipline Park (additional cost) and multiple restaurants on-site. PLEASE NOTE - the waterpark is often closed on Tues/Wed/Thurs during non-summer months. We do not have ANY control over the days that the waterpark is closed, we have adjusted our prices on most of the days that we know the park is closed - but we can not offer refunds or discounts due to the park not being open. Please check with the resort's website on their waterpark hours if you are looking to stay in the middle of the week (when it is typically closed). Other things to note Waterpark Passes for Chula Vista Resort waterpark are included with your booking for all registered guests! There may be temporary closures of certain amenities. Please check the Chula Vista Resort Website to confirm waterpark operating hours BEFORE you confirm your booking. Some general reminders: These units and this property are a 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking indoors in the state of Wisconsin is illegal and will not be permitted. The resort and our properties do have designated smoking areas, so if you choose to smoke, please use those areas. In the event that smoking evidence is found, from either you or someone traveling in your group, a smoking damage charge of $350 will be charged to your credit card and reviews with Airbnb will be left regarding the negligence of House Rules. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Rollaway Beds, Pack n Plays/Cribs or Cots are unfortunately not available. Due to COVID19 recommendations from the CDC, most hotels, resorts, vacation rentals and extended-stay bookings are no longer offering what is called "StayOver Service"; this type of service is when a member of our houskeeping team would come in to your unit to change sheets, collect garbage, replace towels, etc. We still can provide any additional amenities you may need, we just are not having this service available at this time. Should you need additional towels, need a change of sheets, or need one of our staff to assist you with additional cleaning (spilled something, need a mop, etc) we are happy to do so - we just are not going to have this service scheduled on a daily basis any more. This is for the protection of our staff and our guests.
