South facing rear backyard is ideal for maximum warmth throughout the winter, yet cooler throughout the summers. Pristine beautiful ALL NATURAL barrier islands begin right off Gulf Harbors with the infamous Sand Bar, Anclote Island, stringing south to Honeymoon, Caladesi, and Ft Desoto. Cotee & Anclote rivers to north & south feature waterfront restaurants with boat docks! Excellent fishing, diving, water sports, shelling, island exploring right outside your door. Only 45 minutes to Tampa Int’l & Clearwater Airports, & lots of popular city venues. Many nearby golf courses to play along our warm Suncoast. This home is available for seasonal rentals on a monthly basis and the longer period of time the home is rented the less expensive it is. The home is also available for weekly or daily rentals with a 2 night minimum. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and pool as well as the dock. Other things to note This home is perfect for your family's getaway but it is essential that my neighbors are respected and that there are not any large gatherings, loud noises, and/or cursing while on the property.
