The space **Bright Holiday Apartment in the Südeifel** For nature lovers and those seeking relaxation: The bright and spacious attic apartment is designed for the vacation of two people and is located on the second floor of a restored former village school in the heart of the idyllic Südeifel, just about 25 kilometers from Luxembourg. The apartment was recently renovated with a focus on ecological construction principles (including clay plaster, cork flooring, and natural insulation materials). The open-plan living and dining area, with its numerous windows, offers a fantastic view of meadows, fields, forests, and a large, wild-maintained garden that surrounds the entire house. A freestanding fireplace with a wood stove provides cozy warmth, especially on colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, so you can cater for yourself. The spacious, bright bathroom with natural light features both a bathtub and a shower, while the cozy bedroom offers a view of the greenery, completing the apartment. Upon request (and for a small fee), we also offer a morning bread and newspaper service. In the garden, a special area is reserved for guests, complete with a barbecue and sun loungers. Additionally, the house features a small, exclusive art gallery, which opens upon request. Parking is available directly at the house. An e-charging station is also available on request. The nearest larger town is Neuerburg (5 km), where you can shop, dine at an Italian restaurant, or visit the swimming pool. Additionally, in just a few minutes by car, you can reach an organic farm shop offering delicious regional specialties. The area is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike, with numerous marked hiking trails leading to the most beautiful spots in the Südeifel.
