The entire house is only for the use of our guests; enjoy your stay with utmost privacy with the fenced-in yard. There are outside security cameras installed above the garage and the backyard porch. They can only be accessed by ourselves and solely in case of emergency, home invasion, or home problems. All cameras face outward, and there is no surveillance indoors. No refunds or credits will be provided after your rental stay is completed. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring your beach towel, as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Smoking (of any kind) will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. I'm sorry, but no parties will be hosted at this house without permission. Please notify if additional guests will be staying. We can provide additional twin beds for families with children if you'd like for an additional charge. Guest access You will be entering the house through the garage and front door. - – a garage/front door code will be provided before you arrive. Guest access The house overlooks Erie Lake with wide open views.  For lake access, you have 2 options. There is a common town walkway with steps thru the woods down to the lake adjacent to the property.  The famous Walnut Beach is also 2 minutes down the street, with a huge public beach and parking.
