Other things to note Please Note: There are 2.5 baths in the house. The smallest bathroom with a shower is located upstairs and is the furthest from the hot water heater (which is downstairs on the opposite end of the house). Occasionally, the hot water takes a while to reach the upstairs bathroom. If you find yourself having this issues, we recommend running the hot water in that shower for up to 10-minutes. To speed up this process, we recommend you first turn on the hot water in the kitchen sink until the water runs there. Once that is done, THEN go turn on the hot water in the shower for the smaller bathroom upstairs.
