Split over 2 Floors with a 1st floor has a large balcony with direct views over St Mildred’s Bay beach with sea views from the larger bedroom. Add to this a large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, plus private parking for two cars and this holiday home really does have everything you could ask for. The vibrant coastal town of Margate is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk. The charming quiet town of Westgate on Sea with its cafes, restaurants, shops and old-fashioned cinema is a short 10 minute stroll. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Furniture should not be moved but if you do feel the need to move something, please return it back to its original position otherwise a charge may be taken from your deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 12pm and 7am. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Guest access The drive leading to the front door of the property is for guest use, although be warned the driveway entrance is very tight. There is free unlimited parking immediately outside the property. The annex overlooks our back garden and this is private and not for guest use. There is a 1st floor balcony for outside space at the property. Other things to note We are a 20-30 min walk from Dreamland/Margate For Golfers North Foreland golf club is 15 minute drive and Royal St Georges, Sandwich is approximately 30 minutes.
