Other things to note Welcome to 2 BR River View Apartment Brahmamel Bale Hinggil Surabaya 🙏🏻 Thank you for choosing our unit for your place to rest 😊 Please read for the sake of shared comfort.. 1. The unit you will use is tower A 11th floor 2. There are two lobbies: * Main lobby on 1A floor; use the middle elevator - can't go straight down to the basement. - Accessible from car park 1A - Can go to the commercial area on the 2nd floor * The second lobby P1, is next to the indomaret, there's an apartment security guard on standby there 7am - 7pm. In front of it there is an elevator that can be used to go directly to the 11th floor. 3. Bale Hinggil Parking system is paid, if you rent for a month we recommend you subscribe for an additional fee of 150,000, the conditions required are the car's STNK and the renter's ID. For daily parking it's cheaper if you pay directly. 4. Hair dryers are available in the rooms, but for their use they can't be used with the air conditioning on in all three rooms, two air conditioning units must be turned off first. 5. It is prohibited to use the apartment unit for prostitution and the use of prohibited items (liquor, narcotics, meth, marijuana, etc. as mentioned in the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia). If there are indications/reports related to this, the owner/operator of the apartment can report to the authorities and not be held responsible. 6. In the event of damage to goods, we expect your cooperation in reporting this to the person in charge of the apartment at that time. 7. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Outside of that please confirm in advance. 8. Shampoo, soap, dish soap and 2 towels are available in the apartment. 9. It is forbidden to move/take out the amenities available in the apartment. 10.
