Enjoy your stay at my apartment, I share with you my own Oasis because I am used to travel around: - You will wake up with a beautiful sunrise on the sea from the bed. - There is one but you do not need to turn the aircon on, the air breeze from the ocean is refreshing. - Internet is very stable and fast, you will have 100mbs optic fiber. - Fully furnished with every thing you need for cooking - TV 55" with Netflix included - Queen size bed with comfortable matress & Sofa [...] The space - Studio of 40 square meters with kitchen & own bathroom (with hot water) - Green space all around the place with a terrace of 60 square meters and direct acces to the beach - BBQ - Aircon Guest access - 20 meters from the marine sanctuary - Walking distance from the market - 10 minutes from both Dauin and Dumaguete by motorbike - Laundry shop nearby Other things to note Please be aware that it's stricly not allowed to smoke inside the apartment (I am not confortable with the smell) you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Pets are also not allowed inside the apartment.
