Other details to note: Dear guests, We have strict check-in and check-out times to allow us to prepare the apartment for your stay and the next guests. if you need early check-in for early morning, it is advisable to book a day early. Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am (kindly note, late check-out timing will be charged AED 150 per hour & beyond 2:00 pm, full night rate will be charged). Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities, are provided. If you would like additional cleaning or linen service during your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will happily arrange this for an extra charge, to be paid directly to the cleaning company.   Other things to note Points to note: 1) Due to the recent weather conditions in Dubai, the building management is ensuring the building is watertight. They may inspect the exterior of the building but will not require access to the apartments. 2) Following UAE and Dubai Tourism laws, we will need copies of all guests' passports or national IDs at least 72 hours before arrival. These can be sent through Airbnb or via email. Upon arrival, guests must also show their passports to the concierge and host. For security reasons, only the number of people indicated in the booking will be allowed to check-in. 3) If you lose the access card, there will be a replacement charge of 350 AED for each card. 4) Should any maintenance concerns like leaks or damages within the apartment, promptly notify the host via the booking site or Messenger. The guest allows the maintenance crew or property management to enter the premises at any time for inspection or to address the problem. 5) Construction work in neighbouring buildings and apartments may result in noise, which may be audible. We are unable to control this, and it is a possibility in any building throughout Dubai, UAE. 6) Building management periodically conducts alarm tests and power management; although this is not my responsibility, it is carried out across Dubai. Towels: We provide towels for general use and beach towels for use exclusively on the beach. Please DO NOT wash any provided items in the apartment with bleach, as this will permanently damage them. You will be charged for any additional washing or replacement costs if bleach is used.
