Bright and creative art journalist's home. Outdoor amenities include a wood-burning fire pit, outdoor seating, and corn hole. Pet-friendly, so you can bring your fur babies along for the fun. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-size memory foam bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, dedicated workspace and a spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, room darkening shades, and full size closet. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, room darkening shades, Smart TV, and full size closet. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: En-Suite bathroom off master bedroom with walk-in shower, shower bench, and His & Her sinks. Bathroom 2: Bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak or bath time for little ones. What's Included: High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected for work or streaming. Dedicated Workspace: Quiet workspace ideal for remote professionals. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. Laundry Room: Full-size washer & dryer for your convenience. Smart TVs with Roku: Located in the living room, primary bedroom, and front bedroom. Log into your favorite streaming apps with ease. Central Heating & Air Conditioning: Stay comfortable year-round. Parking: Two designated driveway spaces. Garage parking available upon request. Whether you're exploring Tyler's local charm or simply unwinding at home, our space is the perfect spot for families, remote workers, and small groups. We look forward to hosting you! Limited to two parking spaces in private driveway. Guest access Guest will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before check-in time. Garage and hallway closet are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Wood or supplies for the outdoor wood-burning fire pit are not provided. Up to eight people can stay overnight, including kids, with a maximum of 10 individuals during the day. No parties or gatherings without prior approval. We happily welcome your fur babies. Max 2 pets per reservation. $50/pet/stay required. No smoking/vaping indoors. Quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, coffee station goods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional goods as needed. Security camera (active recording device) located on front porch. Camera captures audio and video data. Noise/smoke monitor located in home. Device actively monitors home environment, but does not record audio. Extended Stay Guests We happily welcome guests needing a stay greater than 30 days. We offer leases in three-four month increments with the ability to renew. If you need a longer lease, please message us as we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. If your full dates are not fully available, please message us as we may be able to make adjustments to our calendar. The following requirements are only for stays greater than 30 days: Pets: We love pets and welcome your fur babies. Limit 2 pets per stay. If you have more than 2 pets please message us as we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Non-Refundable pet fee of $250/pet required. Damage Protection & Guest Verification The primary renter must complete our guest verification. This should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and will need to be completed in order to receive check-in instructions. For insurance and corporate housing stays, we will coordinate with the insurance provider or corporate housing company to align with their requirements on guest verifications. However, we may still require either a full or streamlined background check, depending on the circumstances. All renters must pass the background check process to confirm their stay. This policy helps ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests. Utilities: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water, and internet, please be aware that there is a combined cap per month for these expenses. We base the utilities cap on the season. $400 cap when renting between October and May, $550 cap when renting between June and September. Cleaning: There is a cleaning fee of $400. This cleaning fee is to be paid at the beginning of each reservation start. We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding these important details.
