Welcome to the charming Historic Hummingbird Cottage, a Shotgun house located in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic Shotgun was built in 1905 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The space When you walk into the cottage, you'll immediately notice the spacious feeling created by the 10 foot ceilings and the open floor plan. This small cottage packs a big punch with a full kitchen (and yes, full sized appliances including a full sized dishwasher), in unit full-sized stacked front loading laundry, a separate bedroom (king-sized 12' memory foam bed) with a ceiling fan, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with a bench. You'll find Roku Smart TVs in both the living room (50") and bedroom (32") where you can connect to your preferred streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, toaster, cups, plates, and cleaning supplies. You'll also find a Nespresso machine with both espresso and coffee pods. If you aren't into fancy coffee and prefer a traditional drip coffee machine, we have one of those, too.
