A well designed and tastefully furnished three-storey villa located in a quiet gated community in Diani. There is a neon-lit shared pool and one of the world’s most beautiful beaches is but a leisurely ten minutes walk away. The villa has spacious ensuite bedrooms, an attic, a large kitchen with dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a TV. We offer daily housekeeping services (except Sunday) and a chef can arranged upon request. The three-storey villa has four en-suite bedrooms and a spacious attic: Main House: - The ground floor has one bedroom with a queen bed. - The first floor has two bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. - On the second floor is the attic which comprises of a beautiful high ceiling and large windows. Here you will find king size mattress on a low bed frame and two single sofa beds. Additional room on the ground floor: This self-contained, en-suite room towards the back of the villa, is available to rent separately (at an additional rate of Kshs 3,000/- per night). The room has all amenities except a cooking stove. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer and utensils. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans while the attic has standing fans only with no air conditioning. There is a safe in the master bedroom to secure valuables. WiFi, TV, and two portable bluetooth speakers are available (Alexa and Bose). The kitchen, which has an 8-seater dining table, is well-equipped and spacious. The laundry room has a clothes washing- machine and ironing facilities. There is free and secure parking on the premises and the entire compound has an electric fence and 24 hour security. The villa is equipped with a back-up system to address power blackouts. Guests have private access to the entire villa and shared access to the swimming pool. Our housekeeper will welcome you to the villa and will be available daily (except Sunday) between 9.00 am – 11.00 am when she comes to clean the villa. Diani hosts activities which include golfing, parachuting, scuba-diving, snorkeling, water-skiing, wind/kite surfing, and even sky diving! Kongo beach, which is close to the villa, is worth a visit too. Ukunda airstrip is a 10-minute drive from the villa and so are other top-class amenities including a hospital, golf-course, fine dining, and clubs. Local transportation is readily available by taxis. However, Tuk-tuks are most commonly used in Diani. Pets, smoking, events/parties and additional guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors.
