We keep it in a range between 66-71 at night and 68-72 in the daytime. We provide space heaters, and a ceiling fan to help you control your temp in the unit. If you are still uncomfortable please let us know so we can help. Guest access Guests will walk alongside the right side of the house (when facing the house) and enter through their own private gate. Once inside the fence you are in your own private yard! From the yard there is a door to the back of the building where you will be able to access via a custom code which will be sent the day of check in. Other things to note The property is shared, although your own space is a 100% private unit. There is a door connecting the two units which remains deadlocked. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM which means we ask that guests do not shout or yell, play loud music, or run any of the major appliances (i.e. the washer/dryer).
