Charming home in a nice area. Two bathrooms, one was converted to a fully handicapped accessible master bath. Located in Central Phoenix near AZ-51 & I-17 freeways. It is just about ideal for access to all areas of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, and all the comforts of your own home. We also have high speed wireless Internet, a smart TV with apps, and HDMI cables for any of your devices. Netflix and Amazon are all subscribed and setup. The space Unique well landscaped with fossilized rocks and desert plants. Front and rear covered patios. There is plenty of parking space for up to 6 vehicles in the long driveway. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, and all the comforts of your home kitchen. Please beware that previous guests may have cleaned and relocated items. It would be impossible for our cleaning staff to reclean the entire kitchen between guests. Please know that we make every effort to keep our fully stocked kitchen clean and organized. If there is anything you find missing in the kitchen please let us know. House is retrofitted for Specialized Access for walker and wheelchair accommodations, please inquire if you need special assistance. The master suite is not elegant but is equipped for handicapped usage. Some guests may feel more comfortable using the hallway bathroom for a traditional experience. This house is retrofitted for environmentally responsible solar power, on-demand electric water heating, and low water usage landscaping. We have received some very negative feedback regarding the artwork, LOL. I would like to offer the Holiday Inn for those wishing for a sterile hotel room environment. If you would prefer this, I will gladly refund your unused nights. Our pictures accurately portray the living space. This house is uniquely detailed to our liking. We hope you like them too. Well behaved children are welcome, but please do not allow anyone to touch the artwork or destroy any property. Some of our furnishings are quite expensive. Guest access All extended stay amenities are provided. Extra Toilet Paper, Towels, Sheets are stocked. Iron, ironing board, and full kitchen amenities, and even a firepit and BBQ as pictured.
