The apartment is located on the 7th floor of the building, with a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. The property has 1 bedrooms, 1 living room,1 kitchen, and a bathroom. Only guests stay in the property, no one will disturb their pleasant rest. All premises of the property are available to guests. There is a spa area in the condominium. Our guest can use that with the other guests in the building. We can not provide a parking place for our guests. Parking opportunities are available nearby in a paid parking space. The water in this part of Siófok is shallow, so it is a favorite place for families with children. The beach is sandy, and the beach itself is grassy and wooded, providing a pleasant beach for everyone. The main square and the harbour of Siófok are only 20 minutes by walf from the apartment. In summertime, bike rental is available in the nearby. In summertime, the parking is paid near the accomodation, in the city center, near the harbour. In wintertime, the parking is free near the accomodation, but paid in the city center. Guests over the age of 18 have an obligation to pay tourist tax in Hungary, which we would ask you to pay on the spot with cash at the check-in time. The amount is 1.8 Euro / person / night. The wellness area is open 9.00-21.00, except: Tuesday, on this day is closed.
