We can set up additional air mattresses and bedding on a couch if you have more than 10 guests. This 4 bedroom house is ideally located a half mile from the Downtown Mall and just 1.5 miles from UVA. Ideal for bachelorette weekends, wedding parties, UVA football games, and reunions. Our home is truly one of a kind in a fantastic walkable location. This home features two sunny, open kitchens and a welcoming front porch and back deck overlooking the backyard. The Main Floor: The living room, kitchen and half bathroom are all on the main floor. The living room features new couches and seating that surround the Roku TV that has access to anything you want to stream! The Upstairs: The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached master bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms, two with queen beds and a twin XL in each, and a third room with a king sized bed. The stacked laundry units are upstairs in the hallway. Please note, there is an attached duplex that we stay in when we are in Charlottesville. This means we may be around during your stay. However, there is no internal access between the two units and you will have unrestricted access to the main house.
