The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house with three apartments and is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a small kitchen (in the kitchen there is only a cold water connection), two bedrooms and a bathroom (with hot water). This apartment includes the seat under the arbor, here you can also sit outside beautifully in the heat in midsummer. All other places around the house are available to all guests. The space The house is located between the two villages of Peschici and Vieste in the Località Montincello and is only a few minutes from the Spiaggia di Scialmarino. The place is like a home away from home for our family and since 2023 we have finally found our dream home there. We are happy to rent you one of the ground floor apartments and the attic apartment with roof terrace, for the time in which you want to vacation there and we unfortunately cannot be there. Other things to note Since we are unfortunately not always in Italy and it is of course difficult to find staff in the summer in the high season, the rental is still a little different here. Of course, we always leave the apartments cleaned, but if a few weeks pass before you arrive, it can be natural that a few spiders have fled into the house from the heat. - We also ask you to bring your own duvet (in summer, sheets or very thin blankets are usually sufficient) and towels, as we do not yet have a washing machine - The power supply of the house is fine, but sometimes there can be fluctuations (here in southern Italy in the countryside it can also be that the power fails for 1 hour if, for example, a road has been torn open somewhere and a line has been accidentally damaged). - We make sure there's a spare gas bottle for cooking. If it runs out, you can easily get new bottles in Vieste. - The water is supplied using our own well and a cistern, which once a week, with the well water. - The solar shower provides hot and cold water in the sunshine. However, the inlet tap must be operated before and after showering. Organic waste can be disposed of on the compost behind the house. Please dispose of all other waste in the public garbage cans towards Vieste or at the Great Market Square. Here, as you can see, the rental is a bit different than in normal apartments and more self-catering than all-round care.
