There are beautiful exposed beams and lovely views over the grounds and over to the Pennines. The kitchenette is compact but fully equipped for casual cooking, it has a fridge, combination Microwave, Nespresso machine and portable electric hob. The newly carpeted lounge area is vast with plenty of seating and a large wall mounted Smart TV which also has a Freeview box. Excellent Starlink WIFI for remote working. We have just built a luxurious shower room off the living area with a large walk in shower. Due to the large pond and river in the grounds and open stairs, we would advise it is not suitable for mobile infants and young children Everything is furnished to a high standard with lovely pillows, bedding, robes and towels supplied from Out of Eden. We also provide a hairdryer, luxury soap, shower gel and moisturiser so you can travel lighter.
