Welcome to Urban Earth, we have created this peaceful space with nature and comfort in mind. We hope to provide a place of respite for whatever brings you to the Salt Lake Valley, whether it’s work, family, outdoor adventures, or tourism. You can enjoy a cup of tea while relaxing in the hot tub, or cozy up on the couch to your favorite show. Pets are not only welcome, but encouraged ❤️ The space We are a chill, outdoorsy couple who live in the upstairs unit of the house with our two friendly dogs Nova and Juniper. Location: 23 minutes to Snowbird Resort. 34 minutes to Brighton/Solitude Resorts. 6 minutes to Mountain America Expo Center. 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. The sleeping spaces: There is one proper bedroom with a brand new king size Sealy Pusturepedic mattress. The office space has a twin size futon and in the main room guests are welcome to sleep on the couches or provided air mattress. The backyard is fully fenced and a shared space. If you are bringing a fur-baby let us know if they are friendly or not so much. We are always open to a doggy play date in the backyard. Please note that pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit unless they are in a crate. We are happy to watch your dog(s) during the day for an extra fee if you need. Another note is that we need to know if there is an animal downstairs for our safety and our dogs, if you bring an undisclosed pet there will be an additional $25 undisclosed pet fee on top of the $25 pet fee. We are happy to provide any recommendations for restaurants (we are total foodies), bars, hiking, or family activities. Guest access You will have the entire bottom unit to yourself. We live upstairs and share the backyard. Guests have priority of the hot tub. Other things to note • The only washer/dryer in the house is in the unit so you may get a request for us to do a load of laundry while you are out one day. Typically we try to do this only on stays longer than 5 days. • If items need restocked let us know and we are happy to give more. • You may hear us or our dogs sometimes but please know that we are always mindful of noise and try to be extra mindful after 10pm.
