Although Estates roads are private, our community welcomes the recreational use of the roads by residents throughout even during the mid day sun, many sections of the Estates roads are still shaded making it ideal for walking, jogging or biking.  In fact, you’ll find people from all over the island coming to Belmont Estates to exercise.
