Cozy apartment of 85 square meters, organized on two levels, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a period building with lift / freight elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people, some steps to access it). The property is located in the heart of the center of Livorno, inside the charming "Venezia Nuova" district, known for its canals, and a few steps from the Fortezza Nuova. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space The inside is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING ROOM (two rooms) with sofa, dining table, TV and desk; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet. -> UPPER LEVEL (mezzanine): - BEDROOM I with double bed; - BEDROOM II with double sofa bed; - BATHROOM with sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the upstairs bathroom), portable air conditioner, hairdryer and soundproof windows. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.
