Stay in a Jacuzzi Penthouse reserved by writers and fighters. High ceilings and a rare extra large Strip-view balcony give the 29th-floor suite at the MGM Signature panoramic views of the Vegas nightlife. This penthouse is my fourth property at the MGM Signature at MGM Grand. It serves me as a secondary residence when residing in Vegas. As such, it is routinely checked and maintained. It meets my high standards and it will meet yours––or I'll make sure it does. The space + NO Resort Fee, a daily savings of more than $40 compared to direct bookings through MGM and other Vegas resorts. + FREE additions of Roku and Chromecast in addition to MGM Signature's standard TV system with PPV movies + Upgraded in June 2023 with gym-grade 5-gallon Brio water cooler for bottled water delivered cold, room temp and scalding hot. + Master bathroom that includes rain shower head and authentic Jacuzzi brand two-person tub + FREE access to each of the three pools at MGM Signature towers, i.e., adults-only pool at Tower 1 and family pools at Towers 2 and 3 + FREE Valet Parking (based on availability) hours: Sunday to Thursday – 24 Hours, Friday & Saturday – 5:00 am - 2:00 am. This is based on available capacity. This is for incidental purchases (e.g., room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit is promptly returned to your credit card after you check out. + The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file. + The suite is cleaned to COVID-clean Airbnb standards before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. If you want housekeeping to clean the suite during your stay, there is an additional charge. + FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card. + Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Checkout is 11 a.m. Pacific Time. My ability to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs is dependent on the reservations calendar and housekeeping. + MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways. + Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute downhill walk on the well-lit outdoor path accessed by your key card. + Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex. + T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge. + Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, e.g., a 10-minute Uber/Lyft (est. $11) when using the taxi lot at the roundabout outside Tower 1.
