A 55" smart TV with popular streaming services is provided that awaits your own logins. A dedicated desk and chair paired with ultra high speed (500Mbs) WiFi internet enables you to breeze through any workation responsibilities. The home is a single bathroom that includes a vanity and a shower tub unit. Bathroom essentials such as body towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The driveway will easily park up to 2 vehicles and a boat. The home offers free parking on the private driveway. There is unfortunately no public transportation available. However, Uber and Lyft operate at certain times. Check the ride share app of your choice for wait time and cost. This home offers a single mini-split air conditioner and heat system. Each bedroom also has small wall mounted electric heaters with a digital thermostat for additional heating. A dishwasher is not available so dishes must be hand washed. This home is on a septic system so please do not flush down any down the toilet other than toilet paper and bodily waste. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, contraceptives, baby wipes (not even flushable), or any trash. Please use the provided waste bins to dispose of any trash. Firewood is not provided.
