Prepare all your meals with the included microwave, electric stove and oven. A spacious refrigerator provides ample space for all your food. The living space offers a high ceiling room with a leather sofa and fabric chaise. A 55" smart TV with popular streaming services is provided that awaits your own logins. A dedicated desk and chair paired with ultra high speed (500Mbs) WiFi internet enables you to breeze through any workation responsibilities. The home is a single bathroom that includes a vanity and a shower tub unit. Bathroom essentials such as body towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. A stacked front load washer and dryer allows you to tackle your laundry needs while you’re away from home. Guest access This home is private. The entire home is available to you and your family. The driveway will easily park up to 2 vehicles and a boat. Other things to note This home offers a single mini-split air conditioner and heat system. Each bedroom also has small wall mounted electric heaters with a digital thermostat for additional heating. A dishwasher is not available so dishes must be hand washed. This home is on a septic system so please do not flush down any down the toilet other than toilet paper and bodily waste. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, contraceptives, baby wipes (not even flushable), or any trash. Please use the provided waste bins to dispose of any trash. Firewood is not provided.
