This charming space is ideal for couples, individual travelers or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in one of the most vibrant places in the city of Cartagena. Our accommodation is located in a residential development consisting of 4 private apartments and a patio which is a shared area (only the terrace available to the apartment can be used) We are located in a quiet area less than a 10-minute walk from the picturesque bay of Cartagena, where you can see Bocagrande and Castillo adorned at sunset. [IMPORTANT] Cartagena has a tidal season during the day or night. Our street depends on this phenomenon that occurs in several places in the city, especially those that are close to the water. You may find the street with water during the growth of the tide. It is an event that does not depend on us. You can ask me to inform you about what time it might happen during the day or night. [ROOM] The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom (WC, sink, shower); the bedroom has air-conditioning, fan, and Smart TV. [KITCHEN] The kitchen is for exclusive use, it has an electric stove, oven, dishes, glasses and basic cooking utensils. - NO parties allowed. Failure to follow any of these rules may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your reservation. [COMMON AREAS] Our accommodation has a patio for family shared use, however you can only use the terrace that the apartment has. [URBANIZATION] The apartment is located within a family development of 4 apartments. [PARKING] You can park your car in front of the street, it is not private parking (closed) but for greater security it is better to park it in a private place. During your stay, either I or Pamela will be on hand to make sure you have a great time. Other aspects to note: NO PETS ALLOWED.
