Make yourself at home in our fully furnished, private One Bedroom apartment. The apartment has side entrance door, room for one car in the driveway. One bedroom with a comfy new queen-sized bed, and a large TV. Ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, toilet, and sink, and all towels and linens are included. A beautiful working office space with a desk, chair and plenty of room for working, studying, etc. A large kitchen with all the comforts of home. This beautiful apartment is extremely comfortable and has a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, with a fully functioning office for any type of working from home remotely requirements, studying, or just a quiet time reading. Also, there is a fully equipped large kitchen with a counter island for dining and you’ll find all of your necessary cooking tools, pots pans, coffee maker, toaster, oven/air fryer, rice cooker, Insta pot. Forks, knives, and spoons plates, cups, etc. There’s also a very cozy living room area with a very large TV for watching movies, general TV, relaxing, and reading. You also have access to the back deck, which is private and has nice outdoor couches, outdoor dining table, Beautiful backyard, and we back up to woods on two sides with only one neighbor to the left of us. There’s also a large shared laundry room with a new washer and dryer, provided is laundry detergent, fabric softener and fabric softener sheets. There is also video Surveillance of the outside ONLY of the property for guests to feel comfortable and safe. We also have a 24 x 7 alarm monitoring system through ADT. We provide guest, so the key fob in order to operate the alarm appropriately. The apartment also has keyless entry and we will provide you with an entry code upon your day in time. We always want are guests to feel as welcomed as possible in our one bedroom beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, family orientated neighborhood, we are within several blocks of an elementary school, middle school, and high school. Also, the local Medford fire department is located four blocks away. There’s plenty of areas to go out to eat within 5 to 10 minutes from the home, there is a dry cleaning service down the road, CVS and Walgreens four blocks away options for fast food such as McDonald’s and Wendy’s within five blocks of the property. Also a local 7-Eleven for your convenience. As long as you have a car getting around, Long Island is super easy and especially in the Medford area. We also provide a parking in the driveway for your convenience. This rental is great for traveling nurses/doctors since it is located within a short drive to many of the major hospitals.
