This room also boasts a table with seating for 6 and opens onto a patio, perfect for that morning cup of coffee or for letting your dog out. The hallway leads to a utility room equipped with a large fridge-freezer, washer, dryer, and ample space for muddy boots. A power shower-equipped shower room, WC, and sink can also be found in this area. On the opposite side of the main hallway, you'll discover a formal dining area with seating for 6 and a cosy gas fireplace.
