NEW 1st floor condo by BEACH!

This is a family friendly 1st floor condo minutes from the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need on your vacation. Condo is a 15 minute walk from the closest public beach (June Decker beach) or a 3 min by car. The beautiful state park, Henderson Beach, is a 4 minute drive. Pack & play, & highchair are available for little ones. There is access to the HOA pool and a washer and dryer in unit. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. We would love to have you stay! Master: 1 King Bed Bedroom two: 1 King bed on bottom, and one twin bed on top (only for people less than 120 pounds, bunk bed). Full Kitchen, fully stocked! 50 inch Roku TV, Sectional Sofa Dining Table Patio with small table and 2 chairs Washer and Dryer Two full bathrooms, each have a shower & tub and a toilet and sink.
