Guest access Auto Check-in: Access to the house is safe and convenient via a keypad on the door. We will provide you with your access code prior to your arrival. Full Access: You will have access to the entire property, with the only exception being a locked closet for the owner. Resort Amenities: Your stay includes full access to the amazing facilities at Storey Lake Resort, which include: Water Park: Huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and jacuzzi. Sports & Recreation: Basketball and beach volleyball courts, gym, and mini golf. Services: Tiki Bar, restaurant, ice cream shop, and spa. Activities: Kayak rentals. For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only. No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest. Each reservation is assigned a unique access code. Other things to note Parking: Parking is free and available directly in front of the property. Please ensure vehicles are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles are not allowed. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Hours: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is not available to ensure proper preparation of the property for the next guest. Initial Supplies: We provide a welcome kit with basic items (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.). Please note that these are limited supplies and may not last the entire stay. We recommend purchasing any additional items you need at a local supermarket. Pool Heating (Optional): Cost: $40 per day (minimum 2 nights). Request: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heater may take up to 24 hours to warm the pool. Package Delivery: We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon for online purchases, as USPS often does not deliver to vacation rental addresses. We are not responsible for undelivered packages.
