On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and a dining room. From the first floor you can reach the garden via the terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. The property offers a playground and barbecue facilities in the garden. In the yard you can park directly in front of the house for free. Heating is available during the heating season. For heating outside the heating season, there will be an additional cost of €15.00/day. Guest access You can use the first floor and second floor as well as the whole garden.
