On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and a dining room. From the first floor you can reach the garden via the terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. The property offers a playground and barbecue facilities in the garden. In the yard you can park directly in front of the house for free. Heating is available during the heating season.
