This newly constructed cottage offers space, privacy, waterfront, and a private beach. It is located on a private lane with only 3 other homes and just minutes from the center of town. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance. The space Whether you're staying in or going out to see what Maine has to offer, this home will surely make you feel at home. This home and guest cottage can accommodate 8 adults comfortably, and there's extra bunks and bedding for up to 4 children comfortably. The home is equipped with a keyless entry, and there's a washer / dryer conveniently located behind a door in the foyer. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and French doors leading out onto a covered deck. Great for relaxing and BBQing on with a grill provided. The stocked kitchen is equipped with a center island with seating, a stainless steel fridge, a gas range, a dishwasher, and a large pantry for all your cooking needs. The master suite offers a queen bed and a large private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a soaking tuband a large walk-in tiled shower. The downstairs guest room has a queen bed, tv, and a small deck to sit out on evenings to enjoy watching the wildlife wander through. There is a guest bathroom just off the guest bedroom. The second floor offers a large loft with a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and two built-in bunks. A full bath on the second floor as well. The property also offers a separate guest cottage that counts as one of the bedrooms. It has a queen bed, dresser, tv, a small heater and a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The guest cottage (does not) have a bathroom in it. Therefore, you will need to use the main house guests' bathroom. This cottage is a summer cottage only opened from June 1st - November 1st. Enjoy sitting on your own deck overlooking the bay or relaxing in the evening star gazing. Enjoy making memories sitting around the fire pit evening's toating marshmallows and gazing at our beautiful star filled skies. Your furry family members are allowed to vacation with you at my home with only a few set house rules. Limit 2 two pets unless otherwise approved for more than two. Guest access There's easy access to the waterfront for relaxing on the beach when the tide is going out or take a ride in the 4-person paddle boat when the tide is up. Other things to note Kayaks can be available upon prior requests. There is a 4-person paddle boat on the premises for guests' enjoyment. There are life jackets provided for your safety. Hosts will provide up to 6 live lobsters free of charge for your enjoyment of a coastal meal. Arrangements will be made once the guest arrives.
