Clean and cozy 2BR unit just steps from an incredible 7-mile long scenic beach with a shallow tidal river, tide pools, long gentle surf break that is great for families and the family dog. Perfect kite flying beach!! The unit is fully equipped for cooking, chilling out with smart TVs and WIFI. Short drive to Manzanitas or Cannon Beach for amazing restaurants and shopping, awesome hikes down to the beach at Arch Cape. Come chill out with views of the beach and the sound of the waves! The space The cottage is one of 6 separate units in a charming oceanside motel. Impeccably clean and well equipped for short or longer stays. Two nice size bedrooms and ample room in the living room for both a pullout couch and an air mattress. Great getaway cottage. Please note that this unit (#6) is directly below Unit 1. It is an older building and sound does carry between floors. You can expect to hear the renters above you. The view and space are awesome!! Other things to note We do allow an animal with the booking. Here are our requirements: 1-The animal can never be left alone at the house. 2- Needs to be fully potty / house trained or left in a crate. Absolutely not allowed in the house if there is any chance of it peeing or pooping inside. 3- If it sheds hair, please keep it off the couch, beds, and bedding. 4- Pick up thier poop outside. Dispose in the outside garbage can. Preferably bagged. 5- Out of respect for the neighbors, ensure there is no excessive barking / noise. *We have unfortunately had renters abuse the privilege in the past. Please ensure you can meet all the above criteria so others can enjoy being able to bring their pets to this home. Thank you.
