Uma's Urban Lounge is a stylish and recently renovated (2023) duplex apartment with a furnished terrace, located in a car-free street in the center of Mechelen. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished with new designer furniture that invites you to lounge with your friends or family (55 inch TV, music box, extensive kitchenware). Quality hotel beds and air conditioning in all rooms ensure a wonderful night's sleep. Bathrooms with rain shower. A luxury address! The space The central location provides a perfect base to explore Mechelen and its surroundings. You reach the entrance hall on the first floor with cloakroom and toilet via a private ground floor front door (smart lock with code). On this floor, you will find a striking kitchen with island and seating, as well as an open office. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils and quality appliances including Nespresso machine and kettle. In fine weather, the nicely decorated terrace space with a view of the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk allows you to enjoy the outdoors and eat outside. The open kitchen offers passage to the dining room, which can accommodate 6 people. Further on to the living room, it is wonderful to relax in the cozy seats and poufs, including 55-inch TV and music box. Via the stairs in the hall, you reach the 2nd floor where you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a hotel bed of 180 x 200 cm (box spring, mattress and topper) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, rain shower, hair dryer, towel dryer, shower products) plus a built-in wardrobe. Both single rooms have an identical quality hotel bed of 90 x 200 cm and share 1 en-suite bathroom (sink, rain shower and shower products). In one of the two single rooms, there is a baby cot and a child gate that closes the stairs. The entire apartment is decorated with great care and attention to quality and aesthetics.
