Uma's Urban Lounge is a stylish and recently renovated (2023) duplex apartment with furnished terrace, located in a car-free street in the center of Mechelen. The apartment is fully and tastefully decorated with new design furniture that invite you to lounge there with your friends or family (55 "TV, music box, extensive kitchen utensils). The space The central location provides a perfect base to explore Mechelen and its surroundings. You can reach the entrance hall on the first floor with its own single floor front door (smart lock with code), with cloakroom cabinet and toilet. You will find a striking kitchen with island and seating on this floor, as well as an open desk. The kitchen has all utensils and quality appliances including nespresso machine and kettle. When the weather is nice, the nicely furnished terrace area, overlooking the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk, allows you to enjoy the outdoors and eat outside. The open kitchen offers access to the dining room, which can accommodate 6 people. Further on to the living space, it is wonderful to stay in the cozy seats and poufs, including 55 inch TV and music box. Through the staircase in the hall you reach the 2nd floor where you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a hotel bed of 180 x 200 cm (box spring, mattress and topper) and en-suite bathroom (lavabo, rain shower, hairdryer, towel dryer, shower products) plus fitted wardrobe. The two single rooms have an identical quality hotel bed of 90 x 200 cm and share 1 en-suite bathroom (sink, rain shower and shower products). On one of both single rooms is a baby cot and a children's gate that closes the stairs. The entire apartment is furnished with a lot of care and eye for quality and aesthetics.
