The space On the first floor the beautiful gourmet kitchen offers an open concept with a simple design & a WOLF range with a large dining area leading out to the massive wrap-around deck. A first floor bedroom (queen bed) & ½ bath lead off from main living area. The second story boasts an unbelievable primary bedroom (king bed) with gas fireplace and a high-end walk-in closet that leads to the ensuite primary custom bathroom with standing shower, soaking tub with mountain views, double vanity and luxurious finishes. The second level also features a second luxury full bathroom, kids bedroom (with two bunkbeds sleeping 4 kids or 2 adults on the bottom bunks) & and additional bedroom with queen bed. The garden level was recently finished as a media room with a projector & huge screen, gorgeous hard wood floors, large windows and walk-out exterior access. A beautiful in-ground heated private pool with fire-pit area, covered and open deck built for entertaining and relaxing, and plenty of land for hiking. And then there is a new sauna, hot tub and trampoline. SUMMARY ON BEDS: 1 KING, 2 QUEEN, 4 BUNK BEDS WHICH ARE FULL SINGLE BEDS & CAN ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS (ONLY ON BOTTOM BUNKS) OR 4 KIDS. Guest access Guests have full access apart from a few locked owner closets (top of stairs, lower level closet in media area and storage room) Other things to note Guests are required to sign a waiver for use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, trampoline. Can send prior to booking. POOL SEASON IS ROUGHLY MAY TO SEPT/OCT (if you are requesting in May or end Sept/Oct , please check before you book as exact dates vary from year-to-year). The pool will definitely be closed at the latest mid-Oct and open at the earliest mid-May. Guests are responsible for the pool heat. This is due to the fact that heater was left on 24/7 last year. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool and we will make arrangements - guests will need to pay a pool heat deposit prior to arrival - $350/week & $200 for weekends. In july and August heating is really not needed. NO PETS owners are allergic. We were listed for 2 years but just switched the host (exactly the same house/house manager).
