We suggest mapping locations to/from The Dam Store, which is very close to the house. The space This cozy 320 sq ft home features a single open living space with a full kitchen, dining nook, and private full bathroom. Sleep comfortably on a queen bed, with a fold-out sofa chair and foam topper available for a third guest. Enjoy quiet mornings in the front porch rockers or fire up the grill on the back patio. The fully fenced property offers added privacy and security, with gated access at both ends of the gravel driveway. Guest access There are two gravel, parallel parking spots at the back of the house with a gate to enter. Alternatively, you may pull into the gravel driveway from the front or rear of the house for more privacy. Both of these gates also allow for access for boats and trailers. The rear access is a bit tighter than the front, so please keep that in mind when deciding which way to pull in. Other things to note There is a charcoal grill on-site, but charcoal is not provided. Please plan to bring charcoal with you if you plan to grill. Coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar are provided. For longer stays, we'd be happy to provide mid stay cleanings upon request with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Scheduling is subject to cleaner availability. Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans.
