It can accommodate two families. The ideal location of the house , ensures the availability of walking to three beaches , village center. The space This is a bright, summer home in a nautical style with high ceilings and a spacious living room that even has a fireplace and powerful air conditioning. A large covered terrace will allow you to spend time outdoors even in rainy weather, and the private pool has an impressive size of 8.5x2.5m allowing you to cool off at any time. The villa is located on a hill in the Tarfa area and is well exposed to the sea breeze from all sides, this creates a comfortable atmosphere even in the most intense heat. There is an excellent lawn around the house where both adults and children enjoy running. Guests have their own parking space on site, which can easily accommodate 2 cars. Guest access We have three bedrooms. Two have their own bathrooms with showers, and the third is located with a shared bathroom for the living room. Full kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Large dining table for 8 people. The living room has a large sofa (non-folding) and a large armchair. Other things to note Dear guests, we would like to draw your attention to the rules for accommodation during the low season from October 1 to June 1. 1) During this period, our pool is not open. As a rule, we prepare it for winter at the beginning of October and cannot use it. 2) Please note that the house is primarily a summer house and does not have full central heating. Usually the weather in this area is mild and not cold, but if necessary, we warm the rooms with electric heaters and the common area in the living room with air conditioning and a fireplace. 3) In case of long stays (more than 2 weeks) during this period, we offer guests to pay for the energy used in addition to the rental fee and take a small deposit for possible expenses at the beginning of the stay. Why do we do this? It's simple, we set low prices during the low season, and energy consumption depends on weather conditions, the number of residents and maintaining the temperature they require. We cannot control the weather and the amount of energy consumed and we consider it unfair to include an abstract amount of heating costs in the cost of living.
