It’s a 77.25 sqm home with living, dining, and a kitchen for light cooking. Guest Access & Amenities: Entertainment: - 42” UHD Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium - Fast, unlimited 300 Mbps PLDT Fiber Internet Comfort & Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 (with aircon) – good for 3 pax - Queen-sized bed + single floor mattress Bedroom 2 (with aircon) – available for groups with 4 or more adult guests; accommodates up to 3 people. - 1 single bed and double-sized bed Additional Sleeping: For groups over 6 guests, a sofa bed and extra floor beddings will be provided in the living room. Note: To use the living room aircon, please request in advance so we can arrange the electricity setup. An additional fee of ₱500 per night applies. For SUVs and vans, please park in front of the house, positioning one side of the vehicle on the walkway to avoid blocking the driveway. Additional Notes: Guests are not allowed to bring personal appliances (e.g., rice cooker, electric fan, air fryer, etc.) Violators will be fined ₱5,000 Important: Please note there’s an apartment next door that shares the same entrance. The stairs on the parkway lead to the apartment.o Guest access Guests can freely use the main house, but access to indoor parking and parking stairs is limited. Additional Fee to access the roofdeck Other things to note Self Check-In: Access codes will be sent via the Airbnb app on the morning of your check-in day.
